A Belgian news outlet is reporting Romelu Lukaku has signed a 5-year deal with Chelsea and his transfer fee was €12M plus add-ons.

Chelsea FC and RSC Anderlecht have agreed a fee for the transfer of 18-year-old striker Romelu Lukaku.

Anderlecht are claiming that the Romelu Lukaku ball is now firmly in Chelsea's court, and it's up to the Blues to make a decision about the striker's future.

Romelu Lukaku is reportedly on the verge of signing with Chelsea, with Anderlecht set to receive €15M for the striker.
