Lots of chatter over the past few days about Luke Shaw getting closer to being a Chelsea player. Really like this - home-grown, potential to be very high quality (and already good), and, as we've seen reported, he grew up a Chelsea supporter. Hope for all the fans who dream of wearing blue!

when do penalties first start to come out? has it been put on hold because of the legal debate? curious because gosh i dont see how Monaco can meet it with some of their potential signings in such a small stadium within a league with such little tv revenue
