One thing I have been noticing in fanposts, is that the majority of fans want a new world class striker. But we really need a new striker?

The numbers say no.

In major competitions we've played this year (Premier League, Champions League and FA cup) we scored 83 times. While Manchester united with their Super Van Persie scored a little less, 81 times.

With Lukaku coming back we already have the forwards we need, what we really need is to correct certain flaws on defense. With the departure of Raul Meireles and Michael Essien, we had serious problems with the defensive midfield, and with problems in the middle, also had problems in central defense.

And to solve this, we have to contract few more players like Pjanic, Fellaini or Wanyama and bring Omeruo or Chalobah. And obviously a new coach.
