How would you construct next years squad? What positions do you think need more quality or bodies? Who's currently on the payroll that you would wish to move on?

I've thought of a game that will allow us to create and share our visions for Chelsea's 2013/14 first team squad. The idea is that you start with a balance of 35 million pounds to work with initially, and you can add to this via player sales of anyone we currently have on the books next year, including those that are on loan right now (sorry, no Frank Lampard...more on his situation below).

[I also wanted to incorporate wages/salaries into the game. Unfortunately it was just too hard to track down figures reliable enough to even do estimates, so we'll leave that out.]

First things first; we all have to be using the same market figures. You are required to use the figures currently displayed on the Transfer Markt website. (click name to open).

At the end of it all, you must have a squad with no more than 25 players over the age of 21 (as of August 17, 2013) and no more than 17 of those can be non-homegrown players (see list below).
