The voting stage will work like this:

There will be two groups of 5 (see first comment), in which each team will face all 4 other teams in their group ONCE, as well as having one gameday off. The voting will be done by e-mail (links in comments), and all votes and winners from the group stage will remain private until the end of the Matchday, so that no-one is influenced by other people's votes.

In the group stage, each match will be voted on by the 5 members of the other group (ie, players from Group A vote for Group B matches, and vice-versa). The votes for Group B matches will be taken by me, while the votes for Group A matches will be taken by Deadraizer.

The winner of each match up will receive 3 points, while the loser will receive none. At the end of Matchday 5, the two players from each group with the highest amount of points will proceed to the knockout stage - in the event of a tie, head-to-head will be taken into account (or F/A in case of a three way tie).
