12th Man, Assemble! - Geoff Burke-USA TODAY Sports
FOOTBALL!
Chelsea are back in third. Feels good, don't it? Yes, yes it does. It feels good. It feels very good. Very, very good. All is right with the world. And with a game in-hand. Can you believe that 4-0? Crazy business. UP THE BLUES!
So, Sunday. Big day for football. On both sides of the Atlantic. In England, we have top of the table clashes with Manchester United vs. Liverpool (ALL OF THE HISTORY!; 8:30 A.M. EST) and Arsenal vs. Manchester City (i.e. Manchester Feeder Club vs. Manchester City; 11:00 A.M. EST). In the USA, we have yours truly's Seattle Seahawks attempting their latest feat of overachievement as they travel to Atlanta to take on the #1 seed Falcons (1:00 P.M. EST) for a chance at the San Francisco 49ers and the NFC Championship, while supermodelquarterback Tom Brady also gets to throw a football around for a bit in Sunday's second matchup (so sorry, Houston).
In any case, all sorts of football action today, regardless of whether you like your football actually played, as the name implies, with feet or with hands instead. Discuss.
