Lot's of loan news seems to be coming at us today, and as the deadline to send our youngsters anywhere but to the lower levels of England approaches, it should come as no surprise. Thorgan Hazard will be the latest Chelsea youngster to be heading out on loan, as the club has agreed to send the 19 year old to Zulte Waregem for the season.
When he signed with Chelsea, it was clear that the younger Hazard would be one for the future. This move seems a good one, as it will give Hazard the opportunity to prove his worth in his native Belgium. Hazard should see plenty of minutes against the same competition that has groomed Kevin De Bruyne, Romelu Lukaku, and Thibaut Courtois in recent seasons. With any success, he'll likely be looking at another loan to a bigger league next season. Best of luck to Thorgan, and we'll be looking forward to seeing what you can do.
