As some might know, I recently moved to London. A good mate is visiting from the States and I'd like to take him to a match this week - he's never seen anything but Major League Soccer.

London options appear to be Capital One Cup matches at West Ham (v Crewe Alexandra) or at QPR (v Walsall). No Chelsea at the Bridge, of course.

I've never been to Loftus Road or Upton Park. Thoughts from anyone on which option would be a better time? Equal distance from home and same price, so looking for a good introduction to English football for my friend.
