I think this is the perfect move for him at this stage of his development. The championship is a great place for him to get 30 or more games and this loan could enable him to move into the first team at the start of next season. He clearly has the talent to play at Chelsea, and would be a worthy successor to a title of Mr. Chelsea. I am really excited about this loan and this could arguably be one of the best things that RDM has done this transfer window. Josh's loan to Swansea last season was a little bit too optimistic I think and this one will give him a chance to shine.
