Kone, who scored 17 goals in La Liga last season, is primarily a striker, and combined with the Ryo loan Wigan's need to retain Moses seems to have lessed considerably. There is nothing new from Wigan's end on Moses right now, but with the winger seemingly becoming more expendable and in the last year of his contract as well, I'd guess that news is coming very soon.
