I will start with my pick. Its the 4-3-3 Wingers formation in soccermanager.com. You can also call it a 4-1-2-2-1 formation.

utilizing the wings to the most with the real potency that we possess in attack, I call it our new attacking third consisting of mata/hazard/marin.

Giving plenty of time for torres to get to through balls, plenty of chances for the "attacking third" to cut in.

Not a lot of pressure on mikel as he will be provided with a decent ramires/lampard wall.

Posession will be better and counter-attacks will be quicker.
