According to me, with the players at our disposal our starting 11 next season should be:
CB: John Terry/Gary Cahill in case JT is suspended
CB: David Luiz
LB: Ashley Cole
CDM: John Obi Mikel / Oriol Romeu
RM: Ramires
LM: Oscar
CAM: Juan Mata
LF: Eden Hazard
ST: Fernando Torres
I believe this is our most balanced formation for next season accordibg to our current squad.
