Andre Villas-Boas should accept that he is failure in Chelsea because he talk too much rather than to work too hard. His assistant RDM excel where he failed woefully, and if care is not taking he will be disgraced out from his new club if he did not stop talking about mighty Chelsea and face his job. RDM the assistant of AVB did a marvelous job at Chelsea after the damages and the failure AVB, and yet the failure AVB cannot stop talking about Chelsea who is champion of Europe after the talkertive AVB was disgraced out of Chelsea especially as he was not yet ripe to coach a mighty club like Chelsea.
