The club's official website just confirmed the worst kept secret in the world of football. Brazilian international Oscar has signed with Chelsea FC and has now officially joined the champions of Europe. He'll now remian in London after the completion of the Olympic games where he'll join up with the Chelsea first team. Where Oscar fits into the lineup for this season is yet to be determined, but he'll not occupy a spot on the 25 man roster for the next year due to his age. I guess we can officially welcome Oscar to Chelsea now and turn our attention to other potential targets.
