Everyone is excited about new CFC signings and few more players that will soon join our club. But the question is, will they work? My answer to that is yes, they will surely dominate the league next season. But that is just my opinion.
I would like to share one more opinion of mine which is formation, this topic has been brought up many times and most people seem to be satisfied with the formation that RDM currently have since it worked for him pretty well. Let's see and discuss what i came up with and can it work for the new and young players.

So this is my formation that can workout pretty well for Chelsea this season, you can call it either call it 4-2-2-3 or 4-3-3. It's like a mixture of both.
Since I didn't have enough space to show few more players that can be substituted i'll just type it here to let ya'll know.

Defenders: Luiz/Cahill, Terry/Cahill, Ivanovic/New (RB), Cole/Sam Hutchinson.
Mid Fielders: Lampard & Mata/ Essien.

One great advantage of this formation is that since we saw that Hazard and Marin love to cut inside and shoot, this formation made it real easy for them to do that. People will question "that how Hazard will play at right wing and his preferred foot is right so it won't be easy for him to shoot". Well I have a answer for that. Hazard have played at right wing before when he was in Lille, plus if he can't shoot, he can create great crosses and assist. If you guys still remember that in '06-'09 Manchester United use to switch there wingers every 20-25 minutes. I had that thing in mind and if it's possible then we can do the same thing let Marin and Hazard switch there positions every 20-25 minutes, that can help those players to take shots and get assist from various positions and will confuse the defenders as well.

We have a good trio in the middle that will help us to maintain possession, get a good passing rate, long shot opportunities for Oscar since he's a class finisher and great amount of help for the Chelsea defenders since Ramires and Oscar have pace and can run back and fourth.

One last thing about this formation is that our new boys will/can get a good amount of playing time in their preferred positions.
