While we're still awaiting confirmation on the official website, Chelsea TV has gone ahead and confirmed that Thorgan Hazard will be joining Chelsea from Lens on Blues News. That's now 8 Belgian players signed in the last 12 months by Chelsea FC, and it's yet another attacking midfielder/winger added to the mix in the 18-23 range at Stamford Bridge. It's unlikely that the younger Hazard will feature with the senior squad in more than a cameo role this season, but I'd assume we'll be seeing a lot of him at the U21 level. Welcome to Chelsea Thorgan, hopefully we'll eventually see you in the first team.
