The latest reports coming out of Portugal indicate that Hulk has become resigned to the fact that he will continue to wear the blue and white stripes of Porto for yet another year. With not enough big money suitors out there to create any real interest, and it becoming increasingly unlikely that Chelsea have plans to lodge a bid for the Brazilian star, it seems safe to say that Hulk is staying put. Rumors of new look AVB being interested in adding the Porto man were squashed immediately, as the Spurs don't have quite the financial prowess to fund such a move. This interest in Hulk was paid in full by AVB, as several Porto players have lashed out at their former manager for speaking to him while he was with the Brazilian team, indicating a lack of discretion between business and Olympic preparation.
With this news, talks of Hulk should die down to a whisper in the coming weeks as everything gets much quieter on that front. FFP is lurking around the corner, and most teams seem to be treading carefully.
What do you guys think? Do you even care whether or not we end up with Hulk at this point?
