Chelsea was linked to the Spaniard in January. Now, insidefutbol.com and transfermarkt.co.uk are reporting rumors that Chelsea is interested in the player again. Anyhow, I am wondering what people think of the player, if anything. I do not know anything of him, but we are in the market for a RB to back up Ivanovic. (On a side note: transfermarkt.co.uk has Thorgan Hazard as a 75% chance of coming to Chelsea)
