Which Chelsea player will be the third out on loan to Vitesse Arnhem?

I guess we all noticed that the past 2 years Vitesse loaned 3 players(Yes since the coming of Jordania). But who will be the third player to join the Vitesse side this year?

Vitesse Arnhem told they are going to get 6/7 new players. And the main positions reinforcement is needed are the following positions:

Right Back, midfield(number 10 or defensive midfield) and a Left forward. So who will be the most realistic reinforcement from Chelsea for the Vitesse Arnhem side?
