Could CR7 part ways with Real Madrid?

"Silvio Berlusconi shares dream with Sheikh Al Maktoum, signing Cristiano Ronaldo." ~ Sport

The above quote was sourced from Sport.es a Spanish news source based out of Barcelona. I have tried to translate it to my best using Google Translator. Following is the summary:

Silvio Berlusconi is trying to convince Arab tycoon Sheikh Al Maktoum to sell 25% shares of his club to raise €200 million. Why you may ask. He has a ambitious plan to launch a bid for Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the highest paid footballers in the world earning over £300,000 a week.

The duo would have to launch an off-market bid as CR7's buy-out clause is €1 BILLION. Also, he earns over €12 million a year in wages and is under contract to Real till 2015.

Berlusconi has never concealed his liking to bring CR7 to Milan. There have been reports that CR7 and Real Madrid are in disagreement over contract extension. CR7 wants full control over his image rights and Madrid are reluctant to let go off their money making machine.

CR7 was linked with Inter and Milan a while back. He also went on to add that IF he leaves Real Madrid, football in Italy would definitely be something he wanted to try. At this moment these are wild speculations.

This writer does not believe Real Madrid will ever let go off CR7. However, if he wishes to leave then Real would be helpless.

P.S: This is real OLD news. Am just trying my hand out at posting on WAGNH.
