Would love to know what this means for our other bids for Hazard and Lucas. If we're going for a transfer bonanza this summer then one of these wingers will probably not be enough. If Hazard has said that where he signs depends on who else the clubs are trying to bring in then this is a good sign of ambition- Hulk is a top-tier winger who can only improve us and is likely to adapt relatively easy to the Premier League.
