Vitesse are calling it a "reassessment" by Chelsea, whatever that may mean. The 21-year-old Mexican prospect was rarely involved with the Dutch club's first team, making only three appearances total and none since September. Vitesse also seem to be implying positive things about a potential work permit for Dávila, but I'm not so sure I'm ready to believe that yet. Considering that they got his age wrong, I'm not putting much faith in the rest of it. But perhaps if he does join up with the Mexico Olympic Team, he can further his cause in that department.
