Pedro Proenca, a 41 year old portuguese referee who has been part of the FIFA international referees list since 2003. His CL debut came in 2007 which involved PSV deafeating CSKA moscow 2-1, in the season after he was named portuguese referee of the year. In june 2011 he was named the best referee of 2010-2011 season by the Portuguese Football Federation, and has now been selected to referee the final between Bayern Munich and Chelsea next week.

*upon further investigation, I dont believe its an official announcement as of yet. But I think there's a good chance it might be him. This is some information on a possible ref at least :P
