It's transfer rumour time again! Bet y'all missed that, huh? Anyway, one of the big-name players you you'll see a lot of this summer is Porto forward Givanildo Vieira de Souza. He's better known as Hulk. Here's what you need to know right now:

I have no doubts [he will leave in the summer]. After four seasons at Porto, this is the moment to sell the footballer. Today he is the player with the most offers in all of Europe and I think this is the moment to study the situation calmly. The kid is calm but prepared for the move to a big foreign club. Porto have valued Hulk at €100 million but I believe this will not be a problem. For any club, Hulk provides goals, pleasure and titles and those are priceless

Unlike some quotes from 'agents' I'm pretty sure Teodoro Fonseca is actually Hulk's agent, so these quotes don't seem totally insane. Chelsea are going to be linked heavily to Hulk because they have money and Hulk's pretty awesome, but don't believe for a second that Porto will hold anyone (even us) to his €100M buyout clause. I'd expect the eventual fee to be around the €35M mark.

Whether or not that's a good idea is an open question, but expect to see the Hulk story going on until fairly late in the window. He's a big name and there's going to be a long, drawn out process before he goes anywhere. Fun!
