Alright so I totally don't care about this game. Nor whould you. That's right, i care so little I noticed the typo and didn't fix it. Anyway, the real fun happens next week when oh my god we're playing in the Champions League final. That's the match the Blues are focused on, so this is something of a lame duck fixture that means nothing for either team.

Blackburn Rovers are already relegated, so the caped chickens will be playing Championship football no matter how this one finishes. They can't even play for pride at Stamford Bridge, because you can't really be proud of a win where your opposition actively doesn't care about the match.

Team News

Gary Cahill and David Luiz are still out for Chelsea, which means we're running dangerously low on centre backs. There are a number of 'doubtfuls' for this one, including Didier Drogba, Petr Cech and John Obi Mikel, all of whom would be playing if this game mattered at all. Of Chelsea's four Champions League suspendees, three are expected to play, with John Terry and Branislav Ivanovic forming the centre of the Blues' defence while Ramires will start on the right wing. Raul Meireles is 'doubtful' with a haircut problem.

Blackburn probably have some players missing. You probably don't care about them.

Tactics

Lol. Don't get anyone important hurt? I mean, this game really, really, really, really really doesn't matter. Let's play Romelu Lukaku! Yeah, that's a tactic. Big man up front! Let's also try not to be as terrible as we were at Anfield because that was pretty pathetic. Here's my projected lineup:

Chelsea (4-2-3-1): Hilario; Ryan Bertrand, John Terry, Branislav Ivanovic, Paulo Ferreira; Oriol Romeu, Michael Essien; Florent Malouda, Raul Meireles, Ramires; Romelu Lukaku.
