My opinion on AVB. Sacking avb is a very unfortunate thing to do,cos all chelsea fans loved him and i personally loved him and wants him to succeed.he is also loved for been a yound manager with a lot of ideas of a revolutionary play but when a coach has lost it in terms of player management and tatical prowess then he is bound to fail no matter how sound is his ideas.His mistakes are as listed below: 1.Stubbornly refusing to clear out the tired legs and the mutineers in the squad during the summer of 2011. 2.Inhuman treatment of Alex and Anelka before and after thier transfer request was accepted. 3.Inability to integrate the talented youth from the reserve and 1st team into the squad. 4.stubbornly playing bosigwa and miereles when they are under performing and should be squad players rather than starters. My heart goes out to you avb and wish you the best where ever you go to and hope you have learnt from this experience.Always root out bad eggs in a team before they spoil other good eggs.
