As I said in the other thread

I wouldnt be surprised if a meeting happened, though I don’t know the contents of it. But if Roman’s presence there will continue, I just hope it is of the “inspiring and concerned” owner type, and not the “I can be a football manager, too!” type.

This could've been a good thing, like when we lost to Inter and then went on to win the double

But instead I think it backfired miserably, and AVB is losing the dressing room. I still hope he sticks around* for a few years and see this out, and I think that this hopefully means somewhat of a clearing out this summer of older players (which was likely to happen anyway, but the more assured, the better). But this can only be bad things for the team for the remainder of this season.

*subject to his performances in the FA Cup, Champions League, and getting fourth place

for the record, I'm talking mainly about how, by all accounts, AVB and the senior players got into a heated argument in front of Roman at this meeting

for example, this story (although there’s many such reports):

Now, Roman has been coming to practice. Like I said, bad things.

I simply do not understand how "professional" journalists are allowed to get away with such nonsense

Here’s the version from The Guardian, with absolutely no quotes, no sources, no nothing. A quote at the end, from Petr Cech talks about the atrocious Everton performance. That’s it.

And the unwashed massed lap this shit up. Most read sports article of the last 24 hours.

You know

I rather enjoy that photo of AVB from The Guardian article. Something about it is just terribly amusing to me. I award them 4 points for using it.

You want silly

Honestly, I dont get it sometimes, how do peole buy this crap? Even better, how do some writers just read one article and then make up the extra stuff so they dont come off like they are ripping off the other guy who read an article and then made stuff up as to not plagerize . I want to get paid to make stuff up about Chelsea.

I believe in Fernando Torres.
