Slovakian reports suggest Milan Lalkovic could be heading to Vitesse Arnhem

It looks as if Chelsea may be looking to do whatever they can to help Vitesse Arnhem make a push for the Eredivisie title.

Milan Lalkovic hasn't been receiving too much playing time since he was loaned to Vitoria Guimaraes, and reports in Slovakia suggest that Chelsea may be considering a new home for Lalkovic in the spring. According to reports out of Slovakia (and I have no idea how reliable this is), Chelsea are thinking about sending Lalkovic to Vitesse Arnhem in January.

Earlier in the week we had heard that Vitesse were expecting to take on three more Chelsea players for the second half of their season, and we also saw some reports suggesting that they may be interested in Jeffrey Bruma. Lalkovic wouldn't likely start for Vitesse, but he'd be an excellent change of pace from their bench that offers a skillset that differs greatly from what they currently have.

At the moment, it looks as if Chelsea are really helping load Vitesse up for a second half push for a title and a Champions League place. That would seem to make a January move for Wilfried Bony far less likely though, as Vitesse have far more to gain from keeping him than they do from selling. Either way though, I'd fully endorse a Lalkovic move to Vitesse, as he really couldn't get any less time and it would eliminate one club for me to try and watch every weekend (Matej Delac isn't likely to see the pitch anyway).
