And an absolutely stellar footballer.
He can play midfield and wing. He’s basically same age as Kakuta. Guys like Lukaku and Piazon and McEachran aren’t ready to be full-time starters. What’s the problem here?

The sad part is, that's not even necessarily a Belgian joke.
He just looks like Tintin. The Belgian* part is pure coincidence. : )
[*Well, half-Belgian. His mother is from Ealing, and he was eligible for England before he played for Belgium. (He was always going to pick Belgium, though)]
