I am watching Zagreb-Madrid since I drew the short end of the coverage stick
I do like Madrid’s red uniforms
Trying to stream the United game
but the atdhenet link is offline ;\
Benfica score!
Oscar Cardozo! Good news for us – if United have to chase a CL game they’ll be in worse shape for this weekend
Benfica bossing this shit
See, it can be done!
United won’t always convert like 60% of their chances, either.
Benfica wastes a glorious counter after Giggs loses the ball
I love how flabbergasted the announcers are that United isn’t up by 4 already.
Damn, that was a nice goal...
….thank God he won’t be playing Sunday (considering that goal today and the way he played against Chelsea last time).
this game has already exposed
United! The defence has been shaky and the midfield are unable to dictate play! The teams United have faced this season have all undone their trowsers, pulled down their pants, bent over, lubed United up and were waiting to get bum-raped (bar West Brom)!!! I feel like Mata will have a field day on Sunday!

To be fair, they're playing their all their 2nd stringers
Like half the team is making their first appearance this season…
Sadly, it looks like Benfica left all their talent in the locker room at half
United in the ascendancy…
Holy shit, Napoli

Also Ray Wilkins needs to stop being so fucking patronising towards de Sanctis
If Morgan was English we’d never have had a goalkeeping problem.
The short-sleeve shirt & tie look should be a criminal offense
I’m looking at you, Sir Alex Ferguson.

I agree completely
Both coaches look rather ew-ish

At least the Benfica coach has the rolled-up sleeves.
I love the rolled up sleeves, but not with a tie.
JC is on...
I Like Coley!!!

Inter actually matters
Man City might matter- this is their first shot. They could have used a win.
Man U doesn’t matter. A draw away from home against the second team in the group? That’s more than they needed. They’ll beat the other two at home, Oeueueutuiiil (sp?) away, pull a draw at least at Basel, and that’s 10 points. The Benfica result at Old Trafford won’t matter.
Group stage only counts for the teams figting to get a Europa League spot…
Man City probably matters a lot
Napoli could win all of their matches at the Sao Paolo, and failing to win at Etihad could mean City end up third in that group rather than second

Third would be AMAZING
Think about the opportunities for Schadenfreude!
Their fans are title starved, so they HAVE to take the Europa cup seriously if they end up in it. But it isn’t the Champions League, and it will continue to tire them out in their campaign to win the league.
Plus, as far as strength of competition they are more likely to last longer in the Europa League, making the end of year run-in that much worse. This could be the start of something really, really fun.
Ok, I just watched the first half of the City-Napoli game
City are good, but they sure aren’t the fearsome machine that the press is making them out to be.
This is a three horse race for the league, at least. It’s going to be an interesting year.
Ray Wilkins said that Hamsik is a huge admirer of lampard, and that he is the best in the world in his position!
could bode well if we ever needed another centre mid!
Ray Wilkins is full of shit
You shouldn’t trust a single thing he said about Napoli today.

Yeah he is full of shit
but he said he’d done some reading so i’d hoped there might be some evidence of it on the net.
Can’t find any though!
