It took two defenders to get our goals today, and two set pieces to become undone again. Disappointment.

A really, truly lackluster performance for the fans considering it was the last home match of the season. Torres still looks lost. Benayoun was anonymous. The play was slow and unexciting. It about sums up our season - we may have come close to winning back our Premier League title, but it would have been pretty undeserved because of entirely too many performances like this.

If we drop more points next weekend and Arsenal win both their matches, we could even finish in third. Which is still higher than we expected a couple of months ago... but we don't want to finish behind Arsenal.

Vote for your man of the match. Young Josh put in a good performance, and I was pleased to see him get the start. Alex was solid. It was nice to see Bane bombing down the right at the start of the match. Does anyone else deserve a mention?
